Gather around, boys and girls. These things were called “8 Tracks.”
- Right in the middle of your favorite song, it would stop while the tape changed tracks.
- Invariably, the player would try to eat your tape. You had to pull it out and try to rewind the tape without breaking it.
- The sound quality pretty much sucked.
I can’t imagine why everyone switched to cassette tapes.
